OUR CLASSES
Our classes are available for girls and women aged from 3 years to over 60 years! Classes are held locally in the Manningham area.

Beginner dancers of all ages are welcome to join and are encouraged to come along for a free trial class! No costumes, shoes or hairpieces required-Physie is all done barefoot!

Long before exercise became a growth industry, Bjelke-Petersen Physical Culture was keeping Australians fit and healthy. In fact, it’s been established in Australia for over 130 years!

But the principles of the exercise are still the same: building aerobic fitness, muscle strength and tone, good posture, and increasing flexibility, balance and co-ordination.
